Sworn To Protect® and SwornToProtect LLC (hereinafter collectively referred to as “STP”), including their owners, officers, employees, affiliates, manufacturers, distributors, and agents, shall not be held liable for any injury, death, property damage, or consequential loss resulting from the possession, use, misuse, or failure of any product sold or distributed by STP.

All products offered by STP are intended solely for use by qualified individuals with proper training and experience in the operation of tactical equipment. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/or end user to ensure all equipment is used safely, lawfully, and in compliance with all federal, state, local, and international laws, regulations, and recognized safety standards.

By purchasing, possessing, or using any STP product, the buyer expressly agrees to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
   The buyer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the transport, use, handling, or performance of any product sold by STP, including but not limited to bodily injury, death, or property damage.

2. Release of Liability
   The buyer hereby releases, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless Sworn To Protect®, SwornToProtect LLC, and all associated parties from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, actions, losses, or damages—whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—arising from or related to the use or misuse of any STP product.

3. Waiver of Legal Action
   The buyer irrevocably waives the right to initiate any legal proceedings, including but not limited to lawsuits, arbitration, or claims for damages, against STP or its affiliates for any reason related to product performance, misuse, or failure.

4. Certification of Legal Compliance
   The buyer certifies they are legally authorized to purchase, own, and use the product(s) and affirm that all applicable laws and safety standards will be followed. The buyer further agrees not to use or transfer STP products in violation of any law or regulation.

5. No Warranty of Fitness
   All STP products are sold “as is” and “with all faults.” STP makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or future performance, except where explicitly stated in writing.

By completing a purchase from Sworn To Protect® / SwornToProtect LLC, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this legal disclaimer in full. This agreement shall be binding upon the buyer, their heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representatives.
