Return and Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

You have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, including tags attached and in its original packaging.

You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at sworntoprotectllc@gmail.com. Do not send the item back to us without prior approval. Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping label. Sworn to Protect LLC will not purchase or provide a return shipping label under any circumstances. Once the return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item back.
Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at sworntoprotectllc@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Items that have been used, or do not have tags attached, will not be accepted for return. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your item was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, as long as the item is unworn, unused, in its original condition, and with tags attached. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase to process the return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at sworntoprotectllc@gmail.com.
Limitation of Liability & No Right to Sue
By using this website and purchasing products from Sworn to Protect LLC, you agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

Sworn to Protect LLC does not accept liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including any lost profits, lost data, or loss of business.
