All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment has been received and confirmed.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Address

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered items due to incorrect address details.
Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and select international locations. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your location.

Sworn to Protect LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items

Sworn to Protect LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged items once they are shipped and in the possession of the carrier.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided to file a claim. We recommend purchasing insurance at checkout to protect your order.
Order Modifications and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact Sworn to Protect LLC immediately at sworntoprotectllc@gmail.com. We can make changes to orders before they are shipped, but once the order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Delays or Shipping Disruptions

While we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives on time, shipping delays may occur due to weather, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, Sworn to Protect LLC is not responsible for any delays in delivery.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to refusal, incorrect address, or inability to deliver, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees and reshipping costs. Refunds will only be issued if the order is returned to us in unopened, unused, and resellable condition.
